The color isn’t too flashy, so the gorgeous desert views aren’t overpowered. On the flip side, the upbeat pattern mirrors the “every occasion is a party” feeling that this desert gem exudes.

Making design choices when you’re trying to update an old property can be challenging, but incorporating quality-made and unique pieces is one of the best ways to ensure a stunning result. In Norman, Oklahoma, the crew at @levitybreakfasthouse is busily transforming a 1920s building into what promises to be the hottest new breakfast spot in town. Rather than choosing a fully vintage or modern design approach, the Levity Breakfast House team settled on warm, timeless details that appeal to visitors from any era.

The bar is one of the restaurant’s central features, so its design helps inform the entire space. The owners wanted to incorporate greens as a nod to their Pacific Northwest roots, and our 2”x6” Agave Zellige tile is the perfect way to tie everything in the room together. Zellige tile’s handmade quality makes it feel traditional and stylish all at the same time. We also love the vertical positioning on this wraparound bar to help add visual interest to a surface that’s easy to overlook. We can already tell that this new spot will be memorable for both food and design.
